Foundation System

Each system provided by ProMation Systems, Inc. (PSI) consists of Foundation System components which are identical for each customer.  That Foundation System is necessary to support the functionality of one or more business process modules, which are typically different for each customer.  The Foundation System is owned by PSI, and is licensed to each customer via the Concurrent User License Fees.

Standard Process Module License

A customer can acquire a License to use a standard module by paying a price determined by ProMation Systems.  This is a one-time charge.  The module is owned by PSI.

Customer Process Module Purchase

A customer can purchase a modified standard process module or customer specified process module by paying a price determined by ProMation Systems.  This is a one-time charge.  The module is owned by the Customer.

Concurrent User License Fees

Concurrent User License Fees are charged at the rate of $500/user/year.  The quantity of User Licenses is set by the customer and can be changed by the customer as needed.  Concurrent User License fees are billed monthly based on the highest allowed user quantity used during the previous calendar month.

Concurrent Users are the people who are logged into a system at any one time.  Your system can have an unlimited quantity of people who are listed as users who can log in.  Users can be logged out automatically after a customer-defined inactivity time period to make the most use of user license fees.

Technical Support, Warranty service, Maintenance, and allowed use of the Foundation System are provided while the customer continues to pay User License fees. 

Multiple Module Discount

Contracting for more than one module at a time will reduce the cost by 10% for all the modules to be obtained.  Time limits will apply to obtain the discount.

Volume Discounts

If a customer pays for the equivalent of 150 hours of time during any 6 calendar month time period, that customer's hourly rate is reduced by 20% from the standard hourly rate.

If a customer pays for the equivalent of 250 hours of time during any 12 calendar month time period, that customer's hourly rate is reduced by 20% from the standard hourly rate.
