Description - This screen is a fundamental component of a LOS.  By default, this will open automatically each time you open LOS the first time each day.  This gives you a quick overview of what you need to work on now, all in one place.  You can open this screen at any time by pushing the Open Items List button on the Main Screen.  Each time the screen is opened the information is refreshed.

Treeview List - On the left side of the screen is a list of the records you need to work on now, grouped by process.  If a record number is colored red, like NCM 6253, then it has a high priority.  If a record number is green, then that process doesn't use priorities.

Go To Record - Push this button to automatically open the selected process screen (here it's CAPA), move to that process record (362), and move the the page on the CAPA screen where the work needs to be done.

Summary Info - The gray area of the screen shows several pieces of information.  If something is disabled then it doesn't apply to the record being displayed.  For example this CAPA process does not use priorities.  But if NCM 6253 was displayed then the priority would be displayed.

Up & Down Arrows - Pushing these button will completely collapse or expand the treeview list.

My List - Push the button to redisplay your list of Open Items.

My Group - Push this button to display the Open Items of all the people in your group.  If you are listed as a manager in LOS, then all your people will be listed.  If you are not a manager then everyone who works for your manager will be listed.  The treeview shown above has two levels - when people are listed then the treeview will have three levels.

Everyone - Push this button to display the Open Items of everyone listed in LOS. 

Person - You can select another person from this list to view their Open Items List.

Refresh - You can push this button to refresh your list.  You would typically do this after working on a few records and then bringing this screen back into view.

Report - Push this button to view and print a list similar to what is shown on screen.

Help - Push this to watch a short video which demonstrates how to use this screen.

Close - Push this button to close this screen.
