Customer Guarantee

For 90 days after the release to production use of a Standard Module or modified Standard Module, you have the right to remove that module from your network and receive a full refund of the Standard Module cost.  If the removed module was the first module installed, the system will also be removed.

Available standard modules are Corrective & Preventive Action, Nonconforming Material, and Controlled Documentation.  Additional process modules may be added to this list.

Any other charges are not refundable.
